Brant's Story

Brant Frost, V (born 1990) is the Second Vice-Chair of the Georgia Republican Party.

Brant was born and raised in Georgia and has lived in Coweta County since childhood.

Brant comes from a very active Republican background. His paternal great grandmother

(Helen Frost) was Mayor of Portland, Maine from 1946-51. His paternal grandfather

(Brant Frost, III) helped found the Republican party in Macon, GA and his maternal grandfather (Lyle Shira) served as Chairman of the  Coweta County Republican Party (CCRP) from 1991-97. Brant's father (Brant Frost, IV) served as a GOP District Chairman (1993-95) as well as serving in high positions in the presidential campaigns of Pat Robertson, Pat Buchanan, Alan Keyes, Gary Bauer, Mike Huckabee, Rick Perry, and Rick Santorum.

Brant has served as a volunteer in the campaigns of Gary Bauer, Saxby Chambliss, and Sonny Perdue. He also served as county campaign manager for Jeff Chapman and Max Wood in 2010.

Also in March, Brant successfully led the effort to stop a proposed rules change to the GAGOP rules that would have created greater obstacles to participation in the party process.

Brant served on the Resolutions Committee at the 2012 and 2013 GAGOP state conventions.

In 2015, Brant became 1st Vice President of the Georgia Republican Assembly.
