With just 8 days left till the May 24th primary, a survey that asked over 3400 delegates and alternates to the 2021 Georgia Republican Convention found strong support for the Trump-endorsed slate of statewide candidates.

Brian Kemp commands less than one-third of the vote at 32% to David Perdue's 51%.

​

Trump's slate easily leads in all the other races as well.

Lt. Governor: Burt Jones 64% - Butch Miller 18%

Secretary of State: Jody Hice 68% - David Belle Isle 19%

Attorney General: John Gordon 71% - Chris Carr 29%

Insurance Commissioner: Patrick Witt 54% - John King 38% 

 

Trump also leads for the 2024 nomination 58-29% over Ron DeSantis. In a race without Trump, DeSantis leads with an unprecedented 79% with Rand Paul in second with 3%.
